Jerry’s main responsibilities as the Facilities Manager for New York are to make sure all Gold Wynn communities are a place you would want to call home - clean, appealing, and enjoyable for our residents. Jerry has an excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and prides himself on consistency. He leads his team by example and focuses on creating a positive, family-oriented culture at work. His favorite part of the job is being out on the field admiring all our wonderful communities and interacting with all team members and residents. Outside work, Jerry’s favorite past time is to hunt, fish and spend time with his family. He is happily married has a 2-year-old daughter and 2 cats named Monty and Delilah. Everyone that knows Jerry is aware that he is always eager to lend a hand when an opportunity presents itself.
